- Pacific Brewing Laboratory decided to make an Imperial IPA for the Winter Season. We upped the hops and alcohol, added some rye for spiciness and maple sugar from the great state of Vermont for well, maple-ness. This is a big hoppy Imperial IPA that is a great winter warmer to sip on by a fire, share with friends and toast to your health. This IPA will hold up to richest foods that you may encounter as you navigate the holidays. It does not go with Fruit Cake.
